Databases & Web Sites & Video Streaming

Students can also access many electronic databases, websites, and video streaming as found on the Elementary Internet Tools page. When at school, this is the page that first appears when students or staff members select the internet. To access databases audio books, e-books, and streaming videos, remotely (i.e. from home) students and staff should use their HDSB Network Login and Password when prompted.

E-Books and Audio Books

Sora: Borrow fiction, non-fiction, comic books, and magazines in a variety of languages in eBook and eAudiobook formats. Students must use their HDSB computer id and password when downloading books. Please see your librarian if you need this information. Access Sora.    

TumbleBook Library: Includes animated, talking picture books, read-along chapter books, National Geographic videos, non-fiction books, playlists, books in Spanish and French, as well as a Graphic Novel collection.   Access Tumblebooks
